I don't understand what Scroll Lock is, Can anyone explain to me what scroll lock in your keyboard is?

Scroll lock is designed to help you scroll through long pages without clicking on the mouse every time you want to go down you can just press down on the keypad.

Do you have Number lock?

I think it is now the same thing as num. lock

or maybe it prevented you from scrolling down on the page..
