when someone, or more then one person runs into you on the street on purpose, and in the midst of the confusion and the fall...they steal your wallet? or something in your purse maybe for girls?

there's a word for this and i forget what its called

Theft.
Or you could say 'opportunistic theft' because the person didn't set out to steal, he/she just took the wallet because the opportunity was suddenly there.
