I have it on good authority that Richard is a individual who tends to shun publicity. However if you click on "Richard" below the Picture of the Pointless Man on the left, you should get his Q&A page which has an email option button.
He does usually respond to email messages.

Richard, I for one would like to know you not only for courisity, but for the heart you have to answer so many peoples questions, you are such a big help to so many people and have been great insperation to have me. I now share some of my life lessons with others, to help people who just cant find the answer and hope at least ours (answers) will give some peace......Please let me know if you decide to do an interview, where and when I can see it. I am from michigan I hope some way I will be able to view the man of answers (and very good ones)......
