Guess You tried Spybot S&D from
http://www.safer-networking.org/?page=download
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/
SpySweeper from http://www.webroot.com/consumer/products/spysweeper/?acode=af1&rc=325
If not do so.
But did You remember to search and shut down processes in autostart that You do not know and use?
http://www.sysinternals.com // they have a lot of good free tools
Process Utilities "Autoruns" Shut down the programs in "logon"
that are not by Microsoft ( except Your firewall and Your anti virus software - which should be there also ). Inspect other sections for "funny" looking things - especially if they are not by Microsoft or Your hardware manufacturers they look "funny" in autostarts ;-)
A check what processes are runing would not be wrong either.
Maybe use sysinternals ProcessExplorer. The program also helps to stop processes that look dubious to You.
Next make sure that You use encryption for the communication with Your mobile (this is also a must!). These procedures should cure the problem. thx for reading my post.

I do not think you have been hacked. Otherwise, things would be worse... MUCH WORSE.....
There would be natural explanations on why
"Poetic" spam mails are naturally the new "gimmick" regarding spam e-mails. Because it's aim is to fool anti-spam e-mails because it contains so many works and phrases that it will would fool them thinking it's a valid mail.
As for your IP address, are you on broadband? If you are on broadband, then that's natural because probably you are not on a static IP address, everytime you connect to the internet your IP address changes. So it's natural that another person on the same ISP could have the same IP address as you. (Probably he got it before, shot down his PC, you use the net and got his IP address.)

I think that you`ll have to bite the bullet, and re-format your hard drive, by re-installing the operating system. Then change your e-mail address to one that doesn`t identify you. Of course you`ll lose your data, but if you try to save it now you may well import the bug as well. I`ve been there myself, but I`ve always backed up my data when I knew it was safe to do it.
I would recommend that when this is done you install Norton Security, and that should stop any further nonsense
Good luck

You'll probably have to take your computer offline to find that spyware in your computer.
The hacker planted spyware onto your computer so the only option to do right now is to disconnect from the internet.
THen find a good spyware remover software and use it. The best suggestion is to reformat your hard drive and start fresh. Make sure you backup your files and drivers before you reformat your entire hard drive.
Make sure you know what you're doing when you reformat your drive!

If you look at the "from" bit you will know who the sender is.
All you have to do is add the sender's email address to the
"to block email address" in Norton Internet Security and you will never see email from this person again also they wont be able to snoop around your computer, why ? because you have blocked their email address from doing so. good luck

get your mobile away from the comp. youve been bluetooth hijacked. turn your bluetooth off. in a public place like a shopping mall somebody needs to be within 100 metres to connect to your mobile if your blue tooth is left on. they've downloaded your personal information. from your phone.

If you have an antivirus programe on your pc then run it to identify the fault, then follow the instructions to remove it by going to the virus definitions.
it can seem complicated so you may have to take your pc to the shop for an expert to rip you off

That sounds a bit weird! If you can run a programme called CyberScrub -you'll get a 15 day free trial - it will pick up any trojans etc....
