I am 48 yrs old & have had a hysterectomy w/one ovaries left. My breasts especially the nipples are always?

My nipples are always very tender & sore. Does anybody have same problem or know why?

it may be mastitis (inflammation in the breasts).

It's more than likely a change in your hormones causing the soreness. I'd speak to your OB-GYN to rule out any other problem.

I was like you, take extra Vit B and eat more protein. It worked for me- no more tenderness.

Maybe your bra? Talk to a doc asap.
