Just what were u putting in your mouth?

Absolutely not. Just buy a toothbrush with a tongue cleaner. Most of the bacteria that causes bad breath is on your tongue and on the insides of your cheeks. Then be sure to floss, make sure there are no chunks of food there.whereas that causes bacteria to grow. Then use an alcohol free mouthwash..alcohol tends to dry out the mouth and make bad breath worse 4 some reason. Then just always have some suger free gum on hand.

I wouldn't. You may have gingivitis or some other problem. If you're determined to treat yourself, mix a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. Carefully swish it around in your mouth, but DO NOT SWALLOW any of it. It should help control any bacterial infection. Drink only water and unsweetened fruit juices. No tea, no coffee, and no smoking, and try not to eat foods that are highly spiced or which contain onions or garlic. Do not partake of alcohol either. Good luck.
