Put the songs you want in a play list, put a blank cd in. Click the burn cd icon that pops up in the upper right corner of the screen.

i only have itunes but the way that itunes does it is this:
1. put the CD into the disc drive(itunes should pop up)
2. on the top right corner of the screen there should be a port hole that says 'import'
3. click on that
4. then wait for the CD to burn( depending on how many songs there are it should take about 5-10 minutes)
5. then eject the disk

You have to create a playlist with songs that don't exceed the 1,2 hour or 80 minutes duration. Click the burn into a cd button on the right below corner and it will automatically burn it.

I will also agree with the_dude.
I will add that you are going to play it back on a CD player that also plays mp3s, you can burn it in that format and put many many more songs on the CD you are burning.
