My dear beloved thinks im sad cos I sit here answering stupid questions that aren't proper questions. Does anyone else think my husband is a prat? p.s I dont think he understands what a question really is anyway!!!!

I think your husband is right. I feel the same way as I read all the questions. But I'm bored and have nothing better to do at the moment. The house is clean, the laundry is done, the kids are having a snack and doing homework, I don't feel like reading and I have 30 minutes until I have go to start dinner....so here I am.

My 15 year old daughter thinks I'm sad too. i don't know why as she chats to some girl in US on MSN for hours at a time! And yes i do think your husband is a prat!!

Your the prat not your boyfriend.. my boyfriend spends far too much time tapping away at this too, so I totally agree with your husband. Do a degree, learn something, gain a qualification, dont waste keyboard skills on this drival and more importantly dont waste your time. time is a valuable commodilty, use it wisely.

I tend to have an opinion to offer about just about everything, It is a trait of mine that annoys my wife. I like to come here, because people are asking for advise, and it is a good way for me to get it out of my system, and provide a way to not be "Mr know it all" to my wife.
Besides, your comment was a statement with a question mark, not a question.
But I understand your husbands frustration if you are on here answering strangers questions, during the time you two could be talking.
People like to fix problems......it's just other peoples problems they like to fix, because it distracts them from their own.

He wants attention and affection from you and he's probably doing his best to ask for it in a nice way.
My suggestion: go to the fridge, take him a beer, put a couple of extra ones on ice, get him his pillow, give him a bj and you'll have the freedom to answer as many questions as you want without distraction.

I think it's sad and yet i'm here answering questions. There could be worse things you could be doing. Ask him this which would you prefer me cheating behind your back or answering non-important questions. Just an example but you can put anything in. Cheers

If you want to waste your time than its your business. But, I agree with someone else here --------- he wants some attention too, go make a nice meal for the both of you and have real one-on-one interaction. Look into his eyes not the monitor.

yep i think he is he can go and play stupid internet games with my prat of a hubby and leave us ladies with a good bottle of wine and our compters
ask him if he knows were the fridge is and then pour you a drink on his way to do a pointless man thing lol
