Not sainsbury's, no. But if they came in with a Netto bag, well that's an entirely different matter!

I'm guessing this might have something to do with
1) the poverty line or
2) where Sainsburys buy their products from or
3) how they recruit staff.

Based on the above ......'Yes'

But just foreigners? Might even offend 'white' staff too.

Then on the other hand.....based on recycling - I was told by one checkout operator that I could use any carrier bag I liked as Tesco bags weren't that sturdy and that Next carrier bags were really good - I guess she assumed that I buy stuff there.

So ....based on that ....No

Er why would they? Can see the point if you use tesco bags in Sainburys, manager might comment about rival store. Where you coming from? Personally I find it offensive white people like me and you use here to post raciest comments! Using carrier bags must be the weakest and most desperate attempt ever. Hope you enjoy your 5p from bnp.

Not if you turn them inside out. The carrier bags I mean. I don't quite understand where you are coming from when you use the term foreigners ! ! ! I don't think it would matter whether you were foreign or not.

One would use a Harrods bag in Sainsbury's one assumes.
Selfridges in Waitrose.

Back to reality and the question, why on earth should they care??????

I don't think the foreigners would really care. The management might be a bit miffed by the cheek of it.
