I am 39 weeks and I fell the other day, on my knees and then went on my back. I had my membranes stripped this last Monday and so I had some blood but I have seen blood the last couple times I've gone to the bathroom, and I think I am having back contractions. I also haven't got my 10 count today and it's getting later in the day. I am 4 centimeters and the baby has dropped a little. My question is should I go to the hospital, and if I do will they help me deliver the baby or should I just call my ob/gyn and wait till my next appointment on Monday?

It sounds like should go ahead and go to the hospital. Especially with the fall. Back contractions are awful, I had them. The hospital will check to see if your in labor, make sure the baby's heartbeat is ok, and then, if you are in labor, they will call your obgyn for you.

Definitely go to the hospital--it's better to get checked out now, especially all the symptoms you are having. Don't wait for an appointment.

If you have to question weather or not you should go to the hospital, chances are you should go. Your body will tell you when there is something wrong. If you are bleeding after a fall the chances of placenta abruption (when the placenta comes detached from the side of the uterus) is high. Please take care of you and your baby. Listen to your instincts.

Go to the hospital now. Better to be safe than sorry. You could do real damage to the fetus if you are bleeding a little-infection among other things.

I wouldn't wait. I would call the dr office then tell them all of this and they should tell you to go to the hospital. Don't still be at the computer looking for answers!

I think you definitely need to call your doctor's office. Explain the situation to them. The doctor knows your body better then anyone besides yourself.
