Are there any colleges out there that would accept kids even if they dropped out, so long as they are very intelligent, of course?

Yes, it's very easy. Alot of smaller colleges such as community and technical colleges accept the G.E.D., so if you can, go for that. After, take some college entrance tests, and if you pass them, you don't have to take the remedials. If you fail them, you will be put in remedial classes to bring you up to par.

Usually what are called "Technical Colleges" accept people, but I think you still need a GED, not sure about that. But, most state colleges and universities require not only a dimploma, but ACT or SAT scores.

YES! Get your GED and take some college entrance exams. I have about 5 friends who did this and they are passing college like its nothing!

GED and CPT (comp pacement test). That's it. Keep going to school.
