your ideal weight should be 100lb. - 115lb. maybe 120lb. depending on percentage of fat.

yey! I'm also 19 & 5'5. I waver between 114-117. I'd say healthy weight is probably 115-130 though. The health factor really depends on body fat percentage.

120 pounds. Remember- pregnancy will add weight and so will age. If you can control this weight thru your lifetime, you will live longer.

125 would be good. when ur 5 feet u should be 100, then add five pounds for every inch.

it depends on how old you are and don't worry about your weight just be yourself!!!!!!!!!! and if you think bla nothing and still want a weight i would say maby 150 or so

135-150....(anything under 135 is way unhealthy, something a bit over 150 is fine.)
