Calling her a fake or saying she/he might tell the school and teen magizines something, even though they wounld't do a thing like that to ruen mileys reputation!!
It was an honest mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How were they supposed to know that she was real when there are like 5 billion fake mileys poser people out there!

Who the heck is miley? Everyone in this country enjoys freedom of speech. You can only sue someone for libel or slander if the speech is published, untrue and damages can be proven.
