Schizophrenia is a chronic, severe, and disabling brain disease...hearing internal voices not heard by others, or believing that other people are reading their minds, controlling their thoughts, plotting to harm others or themselves.

Well, if you talked to me, I'd probably send you places too! But that's beside the point. If he does tell you prophesies, then you don't need to be asking here. You've seen what you need to know. I don't think it's a good idea to follow him around after he's sent you somewhere. Better to go where you're sent. And it's not possible to repress his thinking. You can only repress your own thoughts, not someone else's. Did god send you to Yahoo Answers?

Are you sure it (the voice in your head) is not Mind Control, whereby you are being 'fed' information that will try to make you think you are talking to God ? This Mind Control can be used on many or few people - secret government computers are at it 24 hours a day.

More people recieve this kind of communication than most think. Those who cannot and those who refuse to will try to heap scorn upon you when you tell them this (I find this highly ironic given the vast number of people who claim to believe in this kind of thing). Do not let this discourage you.
What you have to decide is whether the being talking to you is one you can trust. Any god worth listening to will put up with your questions and scepticism on the matter.
I communicate with a number of supernatural entities myself. I currently heed five - some because their counsel is prudent, and some because their wrath is horrible.
I wish you luck in your endeavor.

Ot depends on how strong his commands are to you. If you REALLY believe that he is giving you these commands and they seem to make sense to you, go for it. If you're still lost, try talking to a priest, a monk, a rabbi or something.
Then if THAT fails (and I recommend that you do this, anyway) order the movie The Secret and focus on spiritual clarity. It can be ordered at www.thesecret.tv

Make sure it is God you are hearing from, if your prophecies are of encourgement and of good not evil, I say be obedient and go for it. Maybe God is giving you the opportunity to go ahead with the plan he has in store for you. God bless

well if you are in deep prayer and you feel moved to act on something, or change something in your life, then you should follow that little voice.
However, if you are experiencing other "symptoms" of delusions, depression, manic behavior, etc, then you should seek help. Im not making fun here, but I am bi-polar and a devout christian, so I do have a foundation here for making these statements.
