Both testicles can hang at the same height, most guys do have one lower than the other or one that's bigger than the other. Which is OK.
The testicles descend from the lower abdomen into the scrotal sac - this usually takes place during the last two months before or right after birth. Sometimes a testicle doesn't move into the scrotum at all or only partially - this is called an undescended testicle. Often an undescended testicle will descend naturally into the scrotum during the first year of life. But if it hasn't descended or been surgically brought down into the scrotum by age two, the amount of sperm that is produced later in life will be reduced.

Just your anatomy.......my right one hangs lower than my left one, and has for 50 yrs now WITH NO COMPLICATIONS, buddy, so you're worrying over nothing.......Most men's testicles don't hang symetrically..........and I've seen a lot of them in my day, as I'm a nurse practitioner.....

everybody's left one hands lower than the right. most guys grow cancer on the left one too. and have vericosceles grow on the left side too. its all about the left nut man.
