I hope so as hes a quality player that will only get better... but in truth i cant see it happening as if the rumours i hear are true hes destined for Old Trafford. Young Mr Bale would certainly be an asset at The Lane and we could do with him as the 2 left backs we currently have are not up to the job IMHO.

id like him to come but if Real Madrid drive the price up then i would rather go for someone like Gareth Barry or Fabio Grosso who are established class performers and probably wouldnt be too expensive. however we do need someone to whip in a deadly free kick though. Currently we are relying on Danny Murphy and that is not a good position to be in.

i reckon less than fergie he ought to win extra medals notwithstanding spurs can be a extra ideal flow if he needs to strengthen extra as a participant. From saints to guy u is a fantastically large leap and that i think that less than martin jol the transition from the championship to the premiership should be smoother if he went to spurs

If he does sign for Spurs it will be the worse thing that could happen to a talented player.
