Water is the elixir of life! What do you think our ancestors did before Coca Cola, Diet Sprite, and all these new drinks??? HELLO!? My doctor has informed me that by drinking a bit of water while eating is about the best thing I could do...i have swallowing problems. H2O...perfect drink.
