What is the difference between a Character Modeler and a Concept Artist?

If you're talking about games and CGI then...

A concept artist would use whatever medium they wanted to create drawings/ sketches/ paintings/ models of things to be made into CGI stuff.

A character modeler actually gets on the computer and transforms the concept art into a computer-generated creation
