I'm 13 and have not started my period. Doctor says probably 1 yr and a half from last febuary.(06) Twice already there has been brown stuff in my underwear and blood in...well...yeah. Atleast when I wipe there is....What is going on?

It seems like the early stage of your menstrual cycle starting. It might take a couple months to have a normal flowing period. Welcome to womanhood!

Sounds like a period dear just very lite, some woman are like that. And that brown stuff is old blood, you are young but I would check and see if you this is happening once a month if not tell the doctor. If its not regular you need to ask your doctor about Polycistic overies syndrome.

Oh my gosh. You are starting. Even doctors can make a mistake like my doctor says i will start when im 15 and be a late bloomer but im 13 and signs have already started so YEAH FOR YOU

congrats, your body is trying to get used to the idea of having fluid every month. some people bleed heavy and some just spot. My friend only has hers one day every other month and I have another friend whos periods last a week or more. Mine lasted me three days. They are all different.
You started already you just haven't started to regulate yet. that will take some time to do.

Congratulations youve already started, if its brown it just means that its dried up blood and then it turns brown

all u have to do is wait unti it happen, some girls start menstating early, some start late it's the body and the stage of maturity just wait it will happen when the time is right

u will start any time
same thing happened to me but i start i didn't know i was going to start and i did at school tell ur mum she will help u then put a tampon \ pads in ur backpack ,purse , ect just in case u need it

your body is just getting you ready and used to the idea of starting. it will take a while for your body to regulate your periods...i know mine did, it took me 2 years before i could tell you when it was going to happen. you'll be okay....good luck!

Don't worry Hon! when it is your time to flow heavier you will know.Take this advice it from an older woman. Be happy you don't have to put up with it yet.
