Just use the "Save As" -- it's the same thing.

if u r using the internet and want to save from a browser .. u can use " Save as .." /"save image as.." but notice that some pictures are protected and u can't save it ..
also if u r running a site using flash design then u won't be abl to find that right click options .. but u can do a trick by printing the screen ( PrtSc ) button then open the paint ( from start>programs>accesspries>paint ) and past it .. (ctrl+v) then u can cut the part u want ..and and past it in new window and save it.
