Watch the new series 6, esp Saving Private Brian - awesome :)
King of the hill was good, but nowhere near as funny as Family Guys
American Dad by the Family Guy team is also really funny :)

I would have to say Family Guy, but I have only watched a couple episodes of King Of The Hill, it could be better so but Im not sure, both are pretty amusing =)

King of the Hill, because it has more of a family feel and has more memorable quotes, but they are both very good!

i'm in the minority here but i'm going for king of the hill. Family guy is funny but some of the jokes in there tend to drag on WAY longer then they need to.

family guy kicks f****** a**!!!! it's not even fair to compare it to king of the hill king of the hill is nowhere near as funny. besides, king of the hill is kind of old and family guy keeps up to date on current events so i think the choice is obvious. a better question would be family guy or american dad. american dad is good, just not quite so random and insane
