My fiance is on a bc and right now her period lands on the day of our wedding. Is there a way to move it, delay it, or something

Depending on which BC Pill your fiance is taking she may be able to completely skip her period by beginning a new pack (instead of taking the sugar-pills or waiting 7-days). Some women choose to have a period only a few times per year by taking BC Pills continuously. The majority of BC Pills work like this. Have her check with her pharmacist or doctor to be sure, and it may be listed in the "patient information" that comes with her pills.

IF she is taking one of the few BC Pills that prevents her from skipping her period (schedule vacations and events around a period) then she may consider switching pills. It takes a month or two for her body to adjust to a new pill and watch for adverse side-effects, so if you don't have that kind of time wait until AFTER your wedding and honeymoon.

Technically yes, but I'm not sure you want to.

You can manipulate the day by altering the way you take your pills. Missing pills will upset the balance and cause the day to move. However I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS as you're more likely to get pregnant by adjusting the pills.

If this is important to you both, talk to her GYN and ask for recommendations on safe ways. And the sooner the better, 'cuz it takes time for the body to adjust to the new change.

She can ask her doctor for the birth control pils that give you shorter periods, or the type that let you have only 4 periods per year. Other than that, that is all she can do short of getting pregnant!
