sin(30)cos(45)

The good news is that 30 degrees and 45 degrees are known values on our unit circle. In radians, they are pi/6 and pi/4 respectively.

sin(pi/6) cos(pi/4)

(1/2) (sqrt(2)/2) = sqrt(2)/4

sin30 = 1/2
cos45 = sqrt2 / 2

So 0.5 x sqrt2 / 2 = sqrt2 / 4
