No. There is no monthly fee. There is no fee to send money either. However when you receive funds, for example if you were to sell something on EBay, they deduct a certain percentage of the transaction.

When they first verify your back account, I think they actually deposit a penny into your account and then immediately deduct it.

I think they might actually attempt to deposit 1 cent to your account and see if it works.

My experience is if you try and draw from an account and its too low the penalties from your bank are the most... make sure you select 'other options' to use a credit card with paypal because they try to steer you toward you bank account in case you really want 'other options'

In general I been happy with paypal... some times I got false notes form paypal... really from other people posing as paypal... so be cautious

there is not any club cost and also you purely get charged in case you get carry of money from a mastercard or pay for something making use of a mastercard. often, your account is acceptable on your economic company account. you could move money to and out of your PayPal account without value. you pays for products out of your PayPal account without value. If someone will pay you making use of a mastercard, then you'll pay a small cost for receiving that money.

They didn't when I did it. It is simply a $0 transaction to make sure everything goes smoothly. This way they know that the account is good, etc.

i heard they take a bit out and put it back.
just to verify the transaction works.
just what i heard from someone who did it.
but i also heard if customers complain they
will debit your account immediately without
figureing out who is really right. and then you
have to go about proving your innocence.
