I have Avast Antivirus (www.avast.com). It's a virus program that scans your computer viruses. It also contains a P2P file sharing filter, IM filter, and an d Outlook Filter too. The nice thing with the outlook filter is that it scans incoming and outgoing messages and (if you want it to) tags a small note to the bottom that says the message has been scanned and found clean.

You need a registration code (free) that will last about a year now. Then you can get another free one.
Use the code:

As others have said, use AVG Anti-Virus, the free version. It's available to read about and download at the below link.

AVG is great for viruse protection, as long as you update daily.
(that is the case for any virus protection)
Also, consider regular Outlook - it is better - or Mozilla's Thunderbird for email. Outlook Express is so widely used it is highly susceptible to viruses. Many, many scumbags out there writing viruses just for Express!

in case you recommend does it test incoming emails, no it does not. With the genuine time safe practices in case you open a contaminated e mail, the safe practices kicks in. very comparable to three different free anti-virus classes. i imagine the in effortless words free anti-virus with a e mail scanner is Avast. this does not recommend Microsoft isn't good. e mail scanners are literally not that enormous of a deal.
