Well here's a way
''(say your friends name) I don't want to be friends with you anymore. If you wanna know why it's because you are being mean and changing just because you have a boyfriend. If you wanna still be friends I say you start changing back to yourself...FAST'' and then walk away well i hope it all works out for you

good luck

Just tell her that this guy has changed her. Tell her that you want her to be happy, but you also want your friend back. Tell her not to get mad, but you just really feel you need to talk to her about it. Tell her that you arent saying you want them to break up, but you just want you 2 to be friends like you were before. Everything will work out how it should even if it isnt the way youi want it to! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Maybe you should say :

Ever since you met this new boy it's like our friendship is parting and i don't want that to happen and you've gotten meaner too. I don't know what to do. so if you think of what i've said then it will probably come to you.

Go up to her and tell her that you dont want to be treated that way and how you feel about it. if she doesnt care enough to change back, she's not worthy of a friend
