No, Brain was a genuis, he just never came up with a good plan. 'Cause Pinky never foiled Brain on purpose, he did it all on accident. And, see, it was never really Pinky, it was Brain getting mad at Pinky.
So, really, Brain was smart, he just lacked common sense.

mind is, purely in a million episode is Pinky smarter, and that changed into because of mind, all-in-all, Pinky has some straightforward sense (not a lot) yet has been understand to not over-look something very obvious, for this reason helping out.

Well I suppose he did, but not in a truly intelligent way, just in an ironic way to make the show more intesting. Brain's schemes always seemed like they would work, even though they were highly fictional, but he always gets foiled. A simple show for simple minds.

Pinky would, on rare occasions, do or say something brilliant. But it wasn't by plan. I wouldn't say the Pinky is "insane", they just needed a rhyme for the theme song (and it would be rude simply to call him "dumb").
Brain is smart, but he is rarely allowed to succeed. I wouldn't argue with someone who called him criminally insane.

I think pinky is the genius coz he doesnt know any better,life sucks,if pinky knew that he wouldnt be THAT happy lol.
