why dont you buy you some starch and just find out because I have no idea, I have starch, mine is corn starch is that the same kind of starch you are talking about?? It comes in handy when you have a baby. You can put it on their butts and it will help prevent diaper rash!! You can also cook with it but I have no clue what will happen when you put vinegar in it. Vinegar has a terrible odor, it makes me wanna barf. Well hope you enjoy my answer!!!

You will have paste- I don't know if you would actually have a chemical reaction- baking soda would make it boil up

If you put baking soda in it, it will bubble. Pretty cool stuff.
