If it is paid advertising, I would accept anyone who wants to advertise on my website for that city.

If it is MY website, I put links to help people coming to the city enjoy themselves, such as local attractions, good restaurants to eat at, local public transit schedules and maps, local newspapers, and any local radio station websites.
