What dances? What movie?
Either replay the dance scene to learn. If it's from a movie doing historical dances, there are some resources. Try googling the dance or the time period dances.
Good luck.

I remember that I found a website once that had different dances from different movies and music videos. I can't remember what it was right now, but I'll try to find it again.

I did it with Billy Madison. I know its sad, but true. I just kept rewinding the scene where he walked down the stairs. Just gotta keep rewinding. Youll do it and once you do, you will be great!!!

all you have to do is put it in slow motion and when you are ready to move on and think that you got the moves you can play the whole thing and see if you got them right.
