If you have some guy friends with some extra gear, paintballing is fun. Hurts a teeny bit if you get hit, but otherwise fun.
You can make dumb videos for YouTube (That's still on my to-do list).
Decide what place has the best ice cream/hot dogs (that sort of thing) and make a list/rate them.
Be a secret shopper. Get paid to go into stores and rate their service, cleanliness, friendliness...etc. Read this first, before you go to any other website.

Laser tag is fun too if you're scared of getting hurt from paintballing.
Movies. Classic but fun.
Start kickball or a soccer game.
Go to local band concerts (not school band).
Your school sport games/matches. Even if you don't understand the sport, you will figure it out to some degree, and plus you already know the kids in the sport so you can cheer for them.
Mini-golfing.

Rent movies and chill at home. Read magazines. Listen to music. Play games. Dye each others hair/give makeovers. Volunteer at an animal shelter. Work out. Eat. Make food. Go for a walk. Make a movie. Take pictures. Make a scrapbook.

doing something physical is fun. ice skating, bowling, and outdoors. if your teens like video games they can get together at someones house and have a vgame party. or just night games with boys and girls like fugitive or mafia.

sleepover (do each other's hair/nails, watch DVDs, play boardgames, gossip), watch a movie, hang out at the park/starbucks/mall, shopping, go clubbing, etc.
