Width = 20
Length = 80

---------------------------------------
Let's walk through the solution
---------------------------------------
First rectangle
Width = x
Length = 4x

Second rectangle
Width = x+2
Length = 4x + 5

Area1 = (x)(4x) = 4x^2
Area2 = (x+2)(4x+5) = 4x^2+13x+10

We know Area2 = 270 + Area1

So...
4x^2+13x+10 = 4x^2 + 270

Simplying...
13x = 260

Solving for x = 20 (width of first rectangle)... so the length is just 4*20 = 80.
