The integrity of baseball is on trial here. If ever it needed to make a stand now is the time. Barry Bonds has been a black eye to baseball for a very long time. Baseball has turned it's back on him mainly due to the fact the Bonds and the home run race has resulted in extreme revenue for all concerned. In a way baseball is just as guilty as Bonds when it comes to doing the right thing.
There isn't a dirtier representative of the game then Bonds and until baseball weeds out this cancer now next season will become a circus.
It is beyond me that someone so fortunate in life as to be able to make millions of dollars playing a kids game can be so ungrateful of his position. He continues to be hurtful to others, a recluse among his teammates and willing at any moment to throw an innocent teammate under the proverbial bus.
Bonds is a liar, cheater and a coward. He lets others do his jail time for him while he feels no remorse and pursues an honorable mans home run record with the aid of illegal steroids.
There are no redeeming qualities concerning Barry Bonds and the sooner he is out of baseball the better.

Once an idiot always an idiot! When and if Bonds passes Hank Aaron's 755 home run record it's just be a yawner for me. Barry would have been a sure first ballot Hall of Fame guy without taking the steroids etc.. However, now his stats from '94-'02 are tainted and most of his "records" are literally meaningless. The jerk just became arrogant and greedy and he can no longer differentiate between right and wrong. He thinks he can buy his way out of all his "mistakes" (mistress, steroids, tax evasion & divorce). He's become a true low life and those who continue to support his lame antics are in total Denial :+(

Let's see: Bonds either is (a) lying, or (b) confessing to stealing stuff out of a teammate's locker.
Surely if Mark Sweeney knew it was speed and Barry thought it was just "vitamins," he would have said something like, "No, ah, Barry, you can't have any of my Vitamin C."

Blame it on another. Simplest way to take the heat off of yourself. Face it, he is an aging athlete that needs his ego stroked and will do any thing to remain in the spot light. Jeeez, already, focus on something else...........

Sometimes when people are afraid or feel guilty, they blame others. Anybody can tell you that.
