There could be many things going on. Your test equipment could be bad. The charger could be bad. The battery could be bad. There could be a loose connection or wire. A fuse could be tripped. Take the battery someplace to have it tested.

Take you battery to a local Auto Supply and they will check your battery, free. batteries are strange critters, I have pulled a brand new one off the shelf and it would be bad. Did you check the acid to make sure that plates were covered? Are your battery terminals clean along with your cable connections?

The battery is dead. You can only charge for a certain number of times. You need a new one

only if You are sure You had charged.(which I don't believe)

the battery is not good.
