My friend gave me their Creative ZEN nano, with the USB cord, and I'm not sure how to get the songs on my computer on the MP3 player. I have iTunes, but I also have the files of the songs, please help =]

When I plug in the MP3 player the thing that pops up says:
Play using Windows Media Player
Browse Media Files using Media Experience
Play using MUSICMATCH Jukebox
Copy Disc using Sonic RecordNow! Plus
Open Folder to view files using Windows Explorer
or
Take no action
What should I choose? Or should I take no action, and choose something else?

Connect it to PC, through USB. PC knows it and opens option window. Tell to PC to Rip songs into it. PC asks to Browse. choose the songs and click. That's it.

you should use limewire instead of itunes cuz limewire is free.
