The commerical where the african american dad comes in and lists what his kids got and then says he got "hosed". What does he mean??

1.(slang/transitive verb) To deceive or trick somebody.
His kids got cool new phones and he got some crappy aftershave they probably picked up at a dollar store
....I have no clue why they used that term in the commerical. HELLOOOO...black people don't say "hosed", let's get it together. It's okay though, i still like the commercial.
