What do you want to DO with your life? If you want to help people, do something where you can go and get a social worker degree later (2 years, usually, for an MSW), or go into psychology (but think about that - you'll need a lot more schooling afterwards.)
Seriously, there are no jobs in the social sciences. Minor in it and major in something slightly more useful. I say this as someone with graduate degrees in Anthropology - now working in computer databases because I picked that up on my own and it's the most marketable skill I have.

I say major in general studies if you are undecided. I have a a degree in psychology, unless you get a masters or higher it is touch to find a job. That goes for any of the social sciences. You would have mobility in general studies and you could explore more options on what you like and don't like, it would be easier to change majors too. Also, try volunteering at various places to see if it is something you would want to apply, after you graduate. I always wanted to be a clinical psychologist; not only do you have to get a doctorate, would you also want to sit and listen to everyones problem and be legally responsible for your clients. It is important to like what you major in, but after graduation will you like doing it? Just a few things to consider.

Which classes in particular have you enjoyed? The social sciences are a very broad field.

Choose the branch of study that you feel you enjoy. This way you will find the work enjoyable and not such a grind and you will also find you a successful career with your qualifications. Don't just go for the branch of study that seems to be the most lucrative, you won't find fulfilment.

If you're not sure, do one of the following:
(1) If your priority is "something useful", try sociology or criminology.
(2) If your priority is "kill time while I decide" try anthropology. It encompasses many of the social sciences. And you just might like it.

Linguistics, Anthropology, Psychology are good picks. Those are interesting majors and look pretty nice on a resume also!
