You'll need to work multiple jobs. Jobs with tips are probably best, and tips are usually best in more expensive clubs/restaurants.
However, you have a lot of competition in Vegas so unless you have waitressing experience you'll have to start "at the bottom".
Porn and stripping are legal, and in parts of Nevada so is escort service. Unfortunately those are main ways where unskilled young women can make big money fast.
