I get visions and see things that arn't there... what is it?

Question

About six months ago i played the Sims and made up two of my friends. in the game both die in a fire. (This was a Saturday morning) then on Monday morning the two friends i had done on the Sims died in a barn fire on Saturday night. I haven’t been able to tell anyone and i feel guilty. than going around one of the small streets in my town my dad was about to turn out of a junction when i saw a old man in a long coat and a pair of jeans walks in front of the car none the wiser of it coming at some speed towards him. i screamed at my dad to stop the car. my dad didn't and said that there was no man there. yet i could see him. my dad pulled out and when i turned around the man was gone. I found out a old man had died in the hotel next to it a few years ago. I've been having random names inside my head and recently a person was in my mind called Robert and something to do about dieing in the local river. My mates is called Robert and goes fishing on the river. I'm scared. Am i psychic?

I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

The thing with your two friends are just coincidental. A major coincidence but a coincidence none the less. It is not your fault and you shouldn't blame yourself.

The visions and voices I believe are caused by stress. I think you need to step back, look at all of this and realise that none of it is your fault.

I think the thing with Robert is also caused by the stress that you're putting yourself under. You've created a mental image and linked it with him sub-consciously.

Temporal lobe epilepsy can cause feelings of premonitions and other paranormal experiences. Migraine headache is another potential cause for these feelings. If you continue to experience visions and "premonitions", it would be better to visit a doctor than a psychic.
