Iguanas, koalas and Komodo dragons all appear to have two penises. To clarify, though, they have a single penis, but it is split in two (pretty much 'Y'-shaped.) This organ is known as a hemipenes. Snakes also share this interesting feature. Apparently, the dual penis is for ease of left-handed or right-handed mating. Also, at least in snakes, the semen does not flow through a vessel (like in mammals), but rather, a groove."

Yes, they do, to verify all you have to do is search iguana reproduction and there's hemipenes all over the place.

It is pretty much as coy_coquette said.
The hemipenis is turned in-side-out when it´s not in use. Nicley folded into the body. When in use, it has small spikey-looking things on it and it kindof erects so that the mating couple are stuck into eachother. This is to ensure that the sperms are delivered into the female. And "Yes", there is two.

they have a hemipene which is not a penis but some weird contraption...I don't know how it works, but I do know that all male reptiles have hemipenes, even probably godzilla. search wikipedia.com for hemipene im sure it will give you info.
