ok, work+school must equal 40 hours, that comes to be about 18 hours per weak, if you do not have school 2 days out of 5 you can work more than 18 hours but you let you boss know that you have couple days of school.

try looking at the guidelines on the application for the work permit. Here, in ga, we can get those at the office in our high school.

Forty hours a week during breaks, 20 hours a week during school (in WVA).

If you're 18, then you can work however much you damn well please.
