You've got to have $$$$$ to be able to fund the projects.

You don't need a lot money to fund a project. Most Indie movie producers. Make films for under 1000$ using local talent willing to act for little or no money just so they can get thier names out there. and after you produce a few good indie movies post 'em on the net! and even play them at local theatres! Then most movie studios have agents that search for Producers,Directors,Actors,Ect. If you are good they will hire you. Don't listen to the lies of having to have millions any one can make it in film.

Very easy - you become very very very very rich and put up your money (often 80 to 110 million out of your pocket) to get a movie made. It will make you very popular in Hollywood very quickly if you produce (pay for making) a whole lot of movies.

You may have to intern someplace, I took a bottom start but wound up going to Elecrtonics School instead I don't work at any B-Cast stations at present, just depends on whats going to happen.
