have her tell her parents so that she has all her options open to her. She is high risk because of her age and can threaten her own life with child birth. The more time that passes the less options she has. My thoughts are with you. Yes, girls and women still die in child birth. The statistics in the United States are shocking for a industrialized nation. Her parents will find out anyway. Call Planned Parenthood for advice. States vary as to what her rights are. Don't just hold her hand.

Convince her to go to the police and file rape charges. The age of consent varies, but it's 14 only in a couple of southern states. She is much too young to ruin her life with a child. She's still a child herself. Other than that, be her friend, she's going to need all the support she can get.

Be a good friend! If her parents dont know, help her tell them. She is 14 and scared and if she doesnt know what to do talk to her parents. If she decides to hide it from her parents, tell them yourself! Good friends would! And when she gets mad at you for it, just tell her that you did it because you love her, and that you worried about her. The daddy needs to be there and know too! 14 is to young to have children but she has done it and needs to be responsible. Dont critize her everyone else will do that, but dont encourage it either. Just listen, give courage, and help her out. And if you arent married and are under 20, DONT GET PREGNANT! good luck hun.

Make sure she goes to a family planning clinic, tells the father (if possible), and speaks with her parents, she needs to understand the reality of what will happen, and her options. She is very young, you must be a good friend and support her, I hope you have learnt from your friends mistakes and that you take good care and not get pregnant yourself, always use protection

Just continue to be a friend. This is going to be tough, but you'll learn as you go. Listen a lot. Don't try to give her advice about something you don't know about. Encourage her to get good medical care and grown-up counselling.

Im sure you're going to get a lot of wise a$$ answers in here--

but you need to get her to talk to a trusted adult, an adult at school, church, etc

she really needs to talk to her parents if she is.
if she uncomfortable doing that, get her to talk to another adult (maybe even your parent?)
if she is scared & is keeping the baby, she needs to get to a doctor, if she is scared to do that right now too--make sure she gets some prenatal vitamins from walmart or somewhere.

all you can do is be ther for her, don't try to make any decision for her only if she asks give her your opinion. a lot of times when younger individuals become pregnant they lose their freinds b/c they can't relate, so even if she talks about something your unsure of just be there. its hard being young and pg, everything will be changing for her, try not to be judgmental but understanding instead.

Just be there for her. Help her to understand the huge changes her life will have. Look at everything realistically... help her find someone to talk to. Never judge her for whatever decision she makes.

Be supportive, but be reasonable. If she wants to keep the baby make sure her parents know and that she is taken care of properly.
