As a fan of asian music, I find that the best places to find these songs/videos are either asian music forums (I like Jpopmusic.com/forums) or asian MP3 rotations like Love Nicotine (http://nicotine.aoumi.net), which host songs and videos that are usually changed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
However, most of these sites ask that you delete the songs or videos after 24-48 hours. I recommend purchasing BoA's CDs or DVDs if you really want the songs and videos. Foreign CDs and DVDs can be expensive, but sites like YesAsia.com are decently cheap. And it is worth it to support the artists that make the music you love! :)
