I am a woman and my father served in the Marines for 13 years and I believe we should start the draft again and that women should be included.

The draft is not necessary. Currently the military is able to turn away the applicants that do not meet their standards.
Even if we did need a greater number of soldiers, which we do not, that can easily be achieved by offering signing bonuses and re-enlistment bonuses. Increasing the size of our standing volunteer army (the largest in the world) would be easy to do without making service compulsory.
Women should not be in the military.

That's interesting, but who's going to be here to take care of, uh, America? I'm not against women serving in the military...I respect and admire them, however, I pray they don't bring back the draft. As for women being drafted...a little scary for my "traditional" ears!

why start the draft, all quotas are being met, its called a voluntary
military for a reason, u volunteer to join.
women arent allowed on subs, and if im right, being grunts.
so all fields are open to women(please the ones in service correct me if im wrong).

Yes instead of playstation or x-box some discipline and team-work would do our young people much more for their futures. Yes, most assuredly women should be included. Serving our country for two years would be a great base for our young to build upon.

There shouldn't be a draft (especially by this corrupt government) and women should NEVER be in the front lines. ...nor should they be police officers or any other job where they will find themselves in a fight with men.
Feminism be damned. Women just aren't as strong as men and they are a liability in a physical confrontation.

They should not activate the draft, but if they do women should be required to spend the same time in a domestic peace corps, if they do not want to be in combat or combat-support positions.

no, i don't think we should start the draft.. but if it is started, yes women should be included.. because as soon as we start sending our daughters home in body bags in mass quantities.. the sh*t will hit the fan and the war would end ASAP
