I agree don't stress over it. My sister had a lot of trouble also and then her doctor tested her thyroid alas that was it. Once they got it "fixed" and she/hubby took a vacation to relax BAM she got pregnant.

I have been trying for 9 months myself now. I have been told by many others to try not and stress it. I know, easier said then done. But last month that is exactly what I did. My period came a couple days late, but I kept my cool and still thought I was not pregnant. Turns out, no I was not, but the month went to smooth for me, and I was not stressing the whole time. Everything takes time. The first time I got pregnant, I never once thought about it, and turns out, I was. (I did not ever know I was either) Seems that when you think you are, turns out that you are not. When you have no clue that you are pregnant, you are. Try using ovulation kits. I thought that I was ovulating at different times then I was and now I have it down. (especially since you mentioned that sometimes it is months before you get your period) If not by 1 year you are pregnant, call the Dr and go and get checked out. I wish you all the best of luck. :)

Well sometimes it takes a while for people to get pregnant. There are all sorts of tips for find out when you ovulate and stuff like that. Have you told your OB/GYN that you are having problems? They might have some other ideas that could help you out too. Also look up PCOS. You said that you were not have your cycles on time. PCOS is very common and can make it hard to get pregnant. There are treatments out there that can help you, clomid is one of them. Doctors use clomid for other problems with fertility as well. So to answer your question, are you Barren? I would have to say that it is too soon to tell. However if I were you wouldn't worry too much about it. Call your OB/GYN first. Also check out this website, http://www.4woman.gov/faq/pcos.htm. Good Luck

Have you ever heard the saying... 'don't try so hard' lolz i know that sounds kind of out of the answer but maybe that can be true. For a year my hubby and i tired but when we finally said forget it i became pregnant.... Funny how things all work out... as far as not having regular periods, i had that also. I was told to help regulate my period i needed to be on the pills but i don't like taking the pill... so i got a Chinese herb pill... took one during the day and one during the night for five days and i had a regular period... ever since then i have had regular periods.... if you like i can tell you what type of herb pill it is....

The average couple can take up to a year...so don't stress. Stress only makes it harder to conceive. If your period is that irregular, it could be hard to time ovulation, and you couldbe having sex at all the wrong times. Try an ovulation predictor kit. Best of luck to you =)

Go to an OBGYN and talk to them. They will run some tests on you and your husband to determine where the problem is. My advice is: get the sperm count done first. Once they figure out where the problem is they'll either help you themselves or send you to a reproductive specialist.

If your husband or boyfriend hits your g-spot and u get an orgasm u are more likely to get pregnant.
Don't give up and on ur next vist to the OBGyn talk to him/her about it.
