Like the others here said, this is an attempt to connect to your machine from the internet. Most likely for malicious reasons. The message is comming from McAfee firewall, not antivirus.
What nobody did tell you is that you should invest in a cable/dsl router. A router not only splits up your internet so you can connect multiple PCs, but it blocks people from seeing you on the internet. All they see is your router. McAfee firewall is good, but adding a hardware firewall (router) is even better. Use both for extra protection. You can buy a low end router for 60-100$. They are not expensive.

That is your firewall doing its job, keeping someone from accessing your computer on a UDP port. Just make sure you always saying NO when you are asked if you want to allow a connection, and you will be in great shape!

No that isn't a virus. Another computer is attempting to access your computer. The reason the IP changes is because it is different computers. Some doing harmless probes and some trying to access your system for malicious reasons.
McAfee is doing it's job and protecting you from them. If the constant alerts are bothering you they can be turned off.

You don't necessarily have a virus. It is just an unauthorized attempt to connect to your computer. It is most likely being stopped by your firewall. You can probably deactivate these messages in the firewall settings.

Probably not a virus. The computer attempted to contact you, it doesn't say that it got in. This is normal on a network, the other computer is probably using file sharing software that searches the network for clients to connect to. If it's always the same address, that could be cause for alarm. Either way, if they can't get in, don't worry about it.

No, it is just your firewall doing its job as it is supposed to be doing. Which is to keep un-solicited traffic out of your computer.
So just relax and give your firewall a cookie for a job well done!

It looks like skynet is trying to enter your PC. This is from the IP address you posted.

Someone has tried to ping/enter your computer. Just install a good firewall and you should be fine. Keep in mind, that your internet provider will also ping your computer and that is normal.

No, it means someone is trying to get into your PC from the outside world. If there is a little click box to prevent the window from coming up, click it and hit ok. The person should still be blocked but you wont' be bothered with it.

Those are likely so-called hackers (truly called "crackers") or "script-kiddies" trying to find a hole in your firewall. Nothing to worry about as long as your firewall does a good job.
