They have a great selection of OPI and China Glaze colors, and are pretty cheap too. I know they have a patent black that is very cool.

shoot the dollar stores carry black nail polish, almost any store that carries nail polish should have it, the beauty supply store should have it, I have used OPI and also the cheap brands, good luck to you

And almost any other store.
I use dog nail polish, it sound stupid but it's cheaper and it last longer than normal polish, and you only need one coat and it's very black.
