A sea breeze is the wind blowing off the ocean. I live on the east coast, and the wind blows off the ocean. As the day heats up, the cloulds build inland and the sea breeze keeps them from progressing towards the ocean, evenutally two things can happen, the sea breeze dies down, allowing the clouds to move from the center of the state to offshore or the inland storms that are brewing push the sea breeze away.
Also a see breeze is a nice drink with an umbrella in it.

Water warms more slowly than land in the sun. Warm air rises, so the air over the land rises and the cooler air over the water rushes in to fill the space left as the air over the land rose.
The sea breeze is caused by uneven heating of the earths surface and warm air rising.
