First: The most likely reason he can't get an erection is that he has some MEDICAL condition -- this has nothing to do with his "manliness" or with how he feels about her. It's othing to be ashamed of, no more than if he had a broken leg and couldn't run the Boston Marathon.

He should get himself him checked out. Yeah, I know, he's probably either scared to find out it's something Really Bad, or embarrassed that the doctor will think he's Not Manly Enough. Or something. But this isn't something to mess around with.

And second: there are medications that interfere with the ability to have an erection. If he is taking certain kinds of antidepressants, these can make him incapable of achieving an erection. (Which would seem to defeat the purpose of an antidepressant... but that's the story behind those "low risk of sexual side-effects" comments on the commercials for antidepressants.)

As for creams and pills... at best they do nothing, and at worst they can damage him. If they are doing anything at all, they are making his condition worse.

...Though there is one thing she can try: olive oil or sesame oil, or some other pleasant-flavored vegetable oil. It has to be something that's safe to eat, because the skin is very sensitive. Have her take a small amount of olive oil and rub it into his privates for 10-15 minutes. Use enough oil that it doesn't dry out but not so much that it pools and drips off his skin. Olive oil has moisturizing properties that are good for the skin, and the massage can help the blood vessels (many problems with erection are due to poor circulation, either due to high blood pressure or other problems). She may wish to put a towel down under him before beginning treatment, to protect upholstery from the oil (which can stain). And one benefit to using olive oil is that it's completely safe for her to use on herself, if he does become aroused.

One caution: oil of ANY kind will damage/dissolve latex, so if they use condoms, they need to make sure they are using a non-latex condom if this treatment does produce the desired results. Otherwise the condom will weaken and tear -- been there, done that, had the panic attack. :-)

You've mentioned that your friend's boyfriend has tried many creams and pills, but has he seen his doctor about the 'problem'?

There are other routes that can be considered such as Muse (a pellet that is inserted into the urethra), injections into the chambers of the penis, vacuum therapy devices (that's like a clear plastic tube that's fitted over the penis, and all the air removed. This causes the penis to engorge with blood. A rubber band is then placed around the base of the penis, before the tube is removed. This holds the blood in place, and sexual intercourse can take place. The band has to be removed within about 30-40 minutes, though, otherwise damage can occur to the tissues of the penis. No doubt, this will give enough time for intercourse to take place.)

Most of these treatments would need referral to a genito-urinary specialist, so a trip to the GP is what's called for.

I'm not sure how well your friend and her boyfriend are able to discuss matters, but it would be good for him to know that he's not on his own. Many men, at some stage of their life, suffer with erectile dysfunction. I have little doubt that his doctor has seen it, and heard it all, before.

He probably has an erectile dysfunction problem. He'll need to go see a doctor to get prescribed Viagra or Cialis or Levitra.

Although Cialis is much better in that it last longer.

Why doesn't your Penis get hard anymore? I know how you feel. Could be a lot of reasons why you're incapable of getting an erection. This will help you get your feeling/erections back. https://bitly.im/aLZzF Works like a charm. Good luck.

How old are they??

With age, prostate could be a problem... he could be turned off by her somehow... foreplay may help... Get Viagra to see if that helps...

Have him show her how he likes to be stimulated so she can learn how to get he "up" for it....

Good luck

Offer to be the third person in a threesome. Chances are he wants to have sex with you anyway.
